HamiltonHere at On the Rise, we are always on the lookout for fantastic individuals with a passion for the local food movement and who are excited about learning the craft of baking bread. We bake our bread daily starting in the afternoon and working into the early morning. Being an artisan baker means you can mix, form and bake bread from scratch – there’s lots of skills to master, but knowledge is really the foundation of a proficient artisan baker.
