Basil Feta

The majority of our breads hale from simple utilitarian recipes.  Hearty, nutritious bread that everyday folks relied on for nutrition and sustenance.  Basil-feta is less utility and more indulgence.  Packed with fresh feta cheese, basil and olive oil, this loaf isn’t a good
addition to dinner, it is dinner. Basil-feta derives from our Pain au Levain dough, so you’ll be getting the same great crust and crumb.  If you know someone indifferent to bread, this’ll be the loaf that changes their mind.


Ingredients: Montana unbleached wheat flour, water, fresh ground Montana hard red whole wheat flour, Amaltheia Dairy organic goat feta cheese, Montana grown organic basil, sea salt, olive oil, yeast, rice flour for dusting
