Focaccia

The name of this bread is taken from the Roman phrase “panis focacius” which referred to a flat bread baked upon a hearth or under ashes of a fire. Our daily focaccia, topped with fresh rosemary and olive oil, is available year round, but during the summer market season we feature specialty focaccia each week.
Our specialty focaccias are a fun creative outlet for our bakers. You never know exactly what flavors you’ll encounter (think roasted brussels sprouts with caramelized onions and bacon). We offer this bread in various sizes, ranging from our family sized 13oz. round, to full sheet pans, large enough to feed any gathering.

Ingredients: Montana unbleached wheat flour, water, Montana fresh ground hard white wheat, olive oil, rosemary, leavening, sea salt, yeast
